How do I pay for my order?

We accept money orders, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. If you choose to pay by American Express however, please be aware that American Express, unlike Visa or Mastercard, does not allow our pharmacy to charge in U.S. dollars, therefore you will see a charge on your statement in Canadian dollars that has been converted into U.S. dollars. The price may vary slightly depending on that day's exchange rate.

Will you accept my insurance?

No. We are located in Canada and because of this we cannot accept any foreign insurance. We will provide you with a proper receipt for insurance purposes. Your insurance company may or may not accept our receipts.

Why do some drugs have different names in Canada?

These are trade or brand names registered by the manufacturer. In different countries manufacturers will often use different trade names. The medications have the same active ingredients, but may look different and have a different trade name. (For example Prilosec (U.S.) and Losec (Canada), or Augmentin (U.S.) and Clavulin (Canada).

Why does my prescription medication look different than what I’m used to taking?

Prescription medication, or the packaging it comes in, can have a different appearance in Canada than it does in the United States. Pills may be a different shape or colour than you may be used to receiving but the medication has the same active ingredient. Our licensed pharmacists ensure that each and every prescription is filled with accuracy.
